Anne Grete Stykket

Anne Grete has studied at Tulane University, New Orleans, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Norwegian Business School BI. She has been Managing Director since 1984, and is the driving force behind our focus on strategic internal communication. Anne Grete has managed vision, values and strategy processes for most of the large Norwegian companies, and is responsible for Alfa & Omega’s business development, methods and processes.
Anne Christine Bergem

Anne Christine is a master typographer, and has a Bachelor degree in advertising from The Norwegian School of Marketing. She has worked within printing, TV and experience-based learning. She is a concept developer and a designer and converts strategies into concrete, visual tools and concepts.
Birthe Tåsåsen

Birthe has long experience of the advertising industry and came to us from the position of ad-assistant at Benton & Bowles. She does design work in Powerpoint and Adobe-programmes, and is in charge of production planning for all of our tools.
Ragnar Heger

Ragnar has a Bachelor in Business degree from the Norwegian Business School BI as well as an Executive MBA in brand management from the Norwegian School of Economics NHH. Ragnar has long experience of being a consultant and bureau director within leading advertising agencies. He came to Alfa & Omega from the position of Marketing Manager at the Norwegian Post. Ragnar develops vision and values processes and always looks for solid solutions that are both meaningful for employees and managers and have a positive effect on the bottom line.
Sigurd Østensen

Sigurd’s background is within the communications industry, last in Gazette. He has worked as a graphist at the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation NRK and for Norway’s largest student newspaper Universitas. He was involved in the launch of the youth magazine Spirit. Sigurd transforms strategic messages into simple, often original solutions – transmitted through digital means, print or films.
Trine Fossen

Trine has worked in communications for more than two decades. From her time in advertising she knows that accurate communications demand simplification and dramatisation. She enjoys herself most when she develops processes that engage and contribute to transforming complex problems into concrete solutions that bring results.
Øyvind Rolland

Øyvind delivered his post-graduate thesis in social anthropology in 2002. Before coming to Alfa & Omega he worked with experience-based learning at Expology. Øyvind translates strategic messages into easily understood communications, and has been in charge of our video productions for past years – as concept developer, script writer and film director.
