Orkla: Face to face
In 2010, Bjørn Wiggen took over the role of CEO at Orkla, a large group made up of 30.000 employees located in over 40 countries. But who is Bjørn Wiggen and what ambitions does he have for the group?
Providing an answer to this question was an important point behind Orkla’s top leader’s conference in June this year. Alfa & Omega invited one of Norway’s most famous photographers, Morten Krogvold, to ask him this question and many more. Based on a series of portraits that Krogvold has produced, ”Face to face”, we filmed and edited an insightful discussion in which the CEO shares his thoughts about leadership and strategy, driving power and ambitions.
The recording took place in the idyllic surroundings of the Borregaard manor in Southeastern Norway, originally built as a royal manor. The result is a warm and, in many respects, different portrait of a top leader.
